Our Services

Invicta Testing, provides reliable testing and recertification of well service equipment, frac iron, and flowback iron. We deliver accurate results and detailed reporting to ensure safety, compliance, and performance in the field.

Hydrostatic Testing

Hydrostatic testing involves pressurizing iron to evaluate its structural integrity and ensure safe operation under high-pressure conditions. During the process, components are carefully inspected for leaks, cracks, and any signs of weakness. With capabilities to perform testing up to 15,000 PSI to verify the strength and reliability of each pipe and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Magnetic Particle Testing

Our Magnetic Particle Testing process is designed to deliver precise, reliable detection of surface and near-surface defects in critical iron components. By applying a controlled magnetic field and specialized particles, we identify cracks, discontinuities, and imperfections that could impact performance in the field. This non-destructive method allows us to verify structural integrity while maintaining equipment readiness, ensuring every component meets the highest standards of safety and reliability.

Swivel Inspections

Our CAT 3 and CAT 4 swivel inspections are performed in full accordance with API standards to ensure peak performance and reliability in the field. Each swivel is carefully disassembled, with all tolerances in bearings and gears thoroughly checked. Our comprehensive inspection process identifies potential issues early, ensuring compliance, safety, and dependable operation. Every component is verified to meet the manufacturer’s specifications, giving you confidence in equipment integrity and performance.

Pull Testing

Pull testing is performed in accordance with API standards to verify the tensile strength and structural integrity of equipment. This process applies controlled force to critical components to ensure they can withstand operational stresses without failure. At Invicta Testing, our pull testing procedures confirm compliance, reliability, and safety in demanding field conditions.

Ultrasonic Thickness Testing

Our Ultrasonic Thickness Testing services are built to deliver accurate, data-driven measurements of material thickness in critical iron components. Using advanced ultrasonic technology, we assess internal wear, corrosion, and wall loss without compromising the integrity of the equipment. This non-destructive method allows us to identify potential weaknesses before failure, ensuring reliability, extending service life, and maintaining the highest standards of safety in the field.

Rebuilds

We provide expert rebuild services for critical oilfield components, including plug valves, Chiksans, Kelly (TIW) valves, and Piper ball valves. Each piece of equipment is carefully disassembled, inspected, and restored. Our rebuild process ensures optimal performance, extended service life, and reliable operation in the field, giving our clients confidence that their equipment is safe, compliant, and ready for demanding service conditions.
